I wanted to give you an update on what I have planned to be able to lose the weight so far since November I have lost 5lbs. Which the doctors are saying is good enough and healthy weight lost. I am due to have an operation as soon as the appointment comes through they want me to lose the at least 10lbs. So, this is what I am thinking of doing to help me get there. On a Monday I will do aqua Zumba, but when I cannot I will either go for a walk or go up to the gym. On a Tuesday I will be doing spin class and the same on Wednesdays. Thursdays I will be doing Zumba. Fridays I will go for a walk or go to the gym. Saturdays and Sundays I will either rest or go for a walk depending what I have done during the week.
I am also cutting down my portion sizes and trying to eat a lot healthier then I do. I also need to be able to get and have breakfast I normally have to wait an hour before I feel like eating. I will be using my fitness pal to track my excise and weight lost so I can see where I am going and where I am going wrong. I know when I have my operation I am going to be out of action for four weeks before I am allowed back at the gym and even then its got to be light excise. So, if I try to lose as much weight as I can before I have my operation not just is it going to help during my operation it will help me not feel so bad if I put on a couple of pounds while I am out of action.
