Today I started the day with a bowl of corn flakes before I left for the gym. I arrived at the gym an hour earlier even though I walked very slow to get there. So, I sat outside my class while I waited to go in. It wasn’t long until more for the class turned up. Zumba is always a laugh and you don’t really notice you are exercising. After Zumba, I had to go to the doctors to pick up a new blood request form as I managed to lose mine. The doctors are checking my liver to make sure my gallbladder is not affecting it in any way. If it is I will have my operation quicker than sitting and waiting. After doctors, I had to go to the pharmacy to pick my anti sickness medication up as one of the things I get with my gallbladder is sickness so gave me something to help stop it. I was meant to go in to tesco, but I forgot and only remembered when I got home.
When I got home I wrote the Throwback Thursday blog (which you can see here.) before I had to go back out to pick Mia up from school. Today though we didn’t go back to hers today we went to the park with carol and mel which was fun and tash meet us there after she had finished work. We went for an ice-cream I had one called a snowflake which was white chocolate with marshmallows it was yummy after that I walked them to the bottom of the road that leads to theirs and I went back to the gym. As I was early I went up stairs and did 30 minutes on the treadmill and then went downstairs to wait for my class. Tonight i went to spin class and I found it a bit difficult after doing spin yesterday and now I am resting at home I can feel it more and more in my legs. I also had message of my sister asking if i can have Hannah and amber at the weekend which I am looking forward to. We are going to go down and watch Mia in the local carnival which my mum and tash are helping in. I have been asked to take photos so, Hannah can come and help. Well going to go and make my other half a cup and tea and the jump into bed I will talk to you all soon
Hiya everyone how are you all? Well today started with me wanting to redo my pink hair dye. So, I got all ready mixed it up and thought that looks odd. I just thought to myself maybe they just changed how they make it. So, I applied like I normally do. I gave it 30 minutes then checked it as it was wrapped in tin foil and noticed it wasn’t changing colour, but my blonde looked brighter than it was so, I decided that I should wash it out. Once it dried I notice how blonde my hair was. I found the phone number for the company so my partner rang them. First, number we had for them went straight to answer phone. He managed to find another and he got answer they said that they are going to send out another one and some goodies which I have no idea what the goodies are but I know I don’t like my hair at the moment and can’t wait for the pink to get her.
I have also had Mia here after school she built herself a family on my Sim’s 4. I like how fast that game works she had built two Sim’s built them a house, got them jobs, one even got promoted and had a baby all in two hours. It takes me two hours just to build the house lol. After I had dropped Mia home, I went off to the gym to take place in spin class. As, it re started on Wednesday last week. The teacher is really nice and she’s going to make sure my bike is correct next week as my knee was cracking she also said that I should start using my spin shoes which I am going to do from next week tomorrow I am just going to use my trainers. I have also got Zumba in the morning, but I have to stay up to book next week’s. I have also got to run to the doctors to pick up a new blood request form as I have lost mine. I have also, got to go and pick my medication up. Well i will talk to you all tomorrow for throwback Thursday 🙂
This week has been a good week Monday I didn’t go to the gym. I went out with my mum her friend Emma and my brothers girlfriend Amy it was a nice girlie day. We went for lunch and did some shopping then after that, I went with Emma to pick up her kids from school before she took me home. I spent the night on my own as my partner was visiting his mum as she’s not well. I was in bed by 9pm, but was still awake until about 3am as, what I had for lunch must have been too greasy and full of fat it affected my gallbladder. I had to take my old medication and pain relief as well as putting heat on my stomach which made me overheat which made sure I couldn’t sleep. I hate it when I can not sleep I am always grumpy in the mornings. Which is also not good when you have school pick up the day after. I also got out of doing my wardrobe out as I wanted a selves put in it so, I can sort my clothes out into sections.
On Tuesday I didn’t get up until about 11am which was good. It meant I wouldn’t be as grumpy when it came to school pick up. I first got up and did the house work before then going to pick Mia up from school. I had also decided to change my class from spin class to aerobics. I thought a change would do. I also know that the spin teacher for Tuesday was the same one for Wednesday. I went with Mia to get food as she goes to dance on a Tuesday night so, to make sure she has eaten. We both got Subway turkey breast and ham where she had sweetcorn and carrot with honey mustard I had turkey breast and ham with lettuce and cucumber with lite mayo and southwest sauce Yum Yum. I have found out though I should really have a salad bowl as in the bread I have there are a lot of calories. After Mia’s mum got home I headed home got change and got ready to head back out to the gym. I got to the gym I got there slightly early like normal. I have a motto it’s best to be early then late plus if you are late for the gym class and they have done the warm up they tell you that you can’t take part in the class 🙁 but I have never been late yet. Well aerobics was really hard work, but I really enjoyed it including all the squats we did, but I am back this week. Which I cannot wait for. After that, I waited outside the gym and spoke to my teacher. Once finished talking to my teacher I walked to the train station to meet my partner, but he was running late as there was incident with the trains. We got pizza on the way home. Yes I know I shouldn’t, but I was too tired to cook.
On Wednesday I was up early as I was going on a day out with my nieces, but first I had to go pick up the Mia as we were going to my mothers to pick her up then go to my sisters to pick up Hannah and amber to go to the park. I really forget how tiring a two-year old is. They have so much energy. After, we finished at the park Mia grabbed a McDonald s before we headed back to drop her off then. I went home and had some dinner before getting ready for the gym. Tonight’s gym spin class and I actually found it hard and my knee kept going, but I was not giving up and manged to finish the class. I was so, tired when I got home all I wanted to do is sleep, but had to stay up to book Zumba for the following week.
On Thursday I was up early as I had Zumba. It was not the normal teacher as she was on holiday. The teacher that took the class did more high tempo songs, which is what we have been asking the normal teacher to do. The teacher does Monday class so, I have looked into doing Monday classes I am just waiting for a space to come available, then I will be booking it. Friday and Saturday I spent the day resting and tiding my bedroom and Sunday I went to my mother’s for dinner. Was meant to tidy my brother’s room, but he wasn’t well so, I left it until next time I am there.
I am not sure if this blog will be on time next week as, I am spending sometime with family this weekend camping and we don’t get back until Tuesday and I have also got my niece Hannah here so, I am going to be busy. I may be a day or two late, but I will try to be on time all depends on signal. I will see you all for throwback Thursday.
Hello everyone I am just back from my spin class and just wanted to say hi to everyone. I have been told today at my gym from regulars in my class that I have lost weight I don’t feel like I have especially with the amount I have eaten over the week while I haven’t been to the gym. The most I have done is cut down the fizzy drinks I know drink a lot of flavoured water which I feel a bit better for doing. I just know need to cut out all the fatty foods. I can do this 3 months till the summer need to get a summer body ready and to make myself happy and confident again.
With the help of my followers on here and all my friends and family I will get there I just need to motivate myself a little. Tomorrow if I get a chance I will be writing my blog from Saturday to tell you all about my concert at the 02 and how great McBusted were. I would also will add to that blog about my day out on Easter Sunday so, keep a look out for that blog. Know I have my kindle fire I should be able to blog a bit more. Well hopefully I will blog a bit more as starting fully back at the gym this week so, will have something to talk about. I want to try more classes but not sure what to do my spin teacher is going to be doing the new combat classes and said she wants all the spin members to do it and I am like no it will do my back in. Going to look into actually getting up early so I can start doing zumba class after I get back from my holiday 🙂
